In early 2023, Australian plasma researchersÌýat the University of Adelaide started discussions with their catalyst counterparts to form a national initiative.
On 23 and 24 November of 2023 they met again for the Inaugural Japanese/Australian Symposium on Plasma Catalysis, aimed atÌýaddressing plasma catalysis towards products and applications.
Sponsored by ISER and the Japanese Science and Technology Agency (JST), this hybrid SymposiumÌýinvolved the participation of prominentÌýplasma scientists showcasing the potential of this promising and emerging technology.
