Professor Fay Gale’s statue honours women scholars
The University of Adelaide today unveiled a bronze statue of Professor Fay Gale AO, making her the first woman in the University’s history to receive such an honour. The unveiling comes ahead of International Women’s Day on Saturday, March 8.

Chancellor’s leadership acknowledged
In a significant tribute, the University of Adelaide has today, Friday 8 March, International Women’s Day, unveiled a portrait of Chancellor Branson, commemorating her reappointment for a third term and recognising her valued service to the University.
