Conferral Deadlines
Students are reminded of the need to apply for conferral AND select a presentation event, via MyAdelaide - by 15 January 2026.
Those who fail to act will be unable to attend the final University of Adelaide graduation events in March 2026.
The important deadlines for the final University of Adelaide conferral round can be found below.
Please be aware that these deadlines must be strictly adhered to in order for your conferral to be processed.
All students are required to monitor their student email and MyAdelaide accounts throughout the conferral round for important communication from the Graduations Office.
After you have completed your study, you will continue to receive important emails from the Graduation Office regarding conferral of your award and graduation. You should continue to check your student email until you receive your testamur, and respond appropriately to the information provided.

Semester 2 2025 Conferral Round
Apply by 25 November 2025 to secure your place in the final round of ceremonies for The University of Adelaide.
Please be aware that students conferred in this round will only have the March 2026 Graduation ceremony round to attend in person, as this will be that last University of Adelaide ceremony round, prior to the merger with UniSA to create the Adelaide University.
Important information regarding replacement examinations and additional assessment
If you are offered a Replacement Examination or Additional Assessment, please be aware that the release of these results is outside of the Semester 2 conferral timeline. If you are in this situation and wish to be considered for Semester 2 conferral, please speak with your Faculty as soon as possible. If your results are not received by the anomalies deadline, you will need to apply for the next conferral round, which will be January 2026.

Please be aware that students conferred in this round will only have the March 2026 Graduation ceremony round to attend in person, as this will be that last University of Adelaide ceremony round, prior to the merger with UniSA to create the Adelaide University.

If you are offered a Replacement Examination or Additional Assessment, please be aware that the deadline for conferral application may be prior to you receiving your results.
If you are in this situation and wish to attend the final March ceremonies, please speak with your Course Coordinator as soon as possible to ensure they are aware of your situation.聽
Even before you recieve your results you will need to apply for conferral and select to attend the March ceremony, to ensure your place is secured at these events.聽 Please contact graudations@adelaide.edu.au if you have any questions or concerns.
