At the University of Adelaide we appreciate the hard work that you have already done in gaining qualifications through VET providers such as TAFE SA. In many cases we are also happy to give you credit through our growing range of pre-approved pathways.

There are two types of credit:

• Specific creditÌý- awarded in recognition of prior learning which has equivalent outcomes and assessment to a University of Adelaide course.
• Unspecified creditÌý-Ìýawarded in recognition of prior learning undertaken at a particularÌýÌý(e.g. Certificate IV, Diploma).
